Sk8great08 | Friendly staff, always engaging with me and helpful when I actually need them. They pretty much know me by name and face in there. I shop here a lot obviously. Why shop in places where if you opened a laptop and tested it out and didn't like it, you wouldn't be able to return it. Best Buy has an amazing return policy. |
Jennifer Grady | If you need a new screen protector go see Brandon!!! He is great and always fun to talk to when I stop by because I am ALWAYS cracking my screen protector i have a 4 year old and he is super helpful and puts it on without air bubbles. I take a ferry to have him do it because I have that much confidence in his work. Clean store. Knowledgeable staff. |
Mitchell Anderson | Generic Best Buy, was there to buy a new phone and there was 7 associates in the mobile center and no one approached to ask if I had any questions. Yes, I could have asked them. But when I worked at Best Buy, we weren't allowed to not approach people and ask if they needed help. Also asked if there were any cases for my new phone other than right next to the display under the phone. The sales associate said no, I found a bigger selection on my own roaming the store. The associates aren't specially trained, they just kinda know things about the store. The store would be better to hire fewer actual experts and have an autonomous system to help you find inventory. |
