| Stephanie Fiust | I've had a terrible experience. I received a quote to fix our fridge. It was pricey so I said I needed to talk to my husband. The technician said it was expensive because of the labor. A few days later I call and say we want to move forward, so the same technician comes back and diagnoses a different part, that is 100 more expensive. I'm confused because it was a matter of a few days so why had the diagnosis changed? The part that is delivered to my house has the first part the technician quoted listed on the side of the box so why did I pay for the more expensive one?. The same technician comes back to install the part, is done in 10 minutes so why did he quote so much for labor? and then an hour after he leaves, the fridge breaks again!! I called multiple times to tell the technician he needs to come back and Sears says they can't schedule anyone for another week and a half. I feel like I'm getting totally ripped off, but since I've already spent so much money, just fix the fridge!! |
