I called to see what happened, he gave me another appobtment- a month later. A month later, I call in the morning to confirm the appointment, he does not show again-or call. I call again to see what happened, he says he'll come the next day. Next day, no show and again no call, and again- no apology. Septic service is something you want someone to be reliable with. A backed up system can be a total nightmare, and costly. I am now needing to look for a new septic technician, don't know when I'll be able to get someone and may very well have a septic back-up as I'm now past the recommended date to drain it- thanks to the horrible service at this company. |
