| Abhishek Shastry | Had a generac 22kW standby generator installed last week. Everything form initial consult to install was handled exceptionally well by Oak Electric; were transparent and kept me informed with updates along the way. On the day of the install, they went above and beyond warning me when I would losing my electricity and gas as the generator was being installed, and providing updates as to when they expected for them to be restored once install was compete. Consumers Energy was scheduled for the same day but showed up a little later than Oak but your guys said that was okay and would do everything else while they waited; much appreciated as I thought I would have to reschedule cause the gas meter hadn't been upgraded. Did a very good clean install and the generator looks great on the side of the house. All around a really good job! |

He arrived on time as stated, quoted me a fair price and finished the job with a thorough explanation of what work was done. Thanks Oak Electric! Both times, the gentleman that came out were super friendly, great with my kids and did a phenomenal job. There knowledge and expertise weren't comparable to anyplace else. Hands down a company I can back and recommend to family and friends. Both Jeremy zinn solar and Chris heating and cooling were right there to advise me on the proper path to take, their knowledge of these systems were incredibly impressive and it showed. They did a top notch quality job, and I appreciate all that they did. As well as the gentleman that they sent on site. One of the gentlemen was so kind to my daughter, when she came up to him and started talking to him, I know that she was bothering them. However that didn't show in their interactions with her. They made her feel special and that speaks greatly to me. |
