| Nicole Peterson | Not sure what is up with this company. Dryer wasn't producing heat so I called them based on the good Google reviews they had. They were very prompt and came out the next day so far so good. Heat element was bad, so the technician replaced it. About 6-8 weeks later, the dryer is not producing any heat again. Called Appliance Genius back and they agreed to come out. They no-showed for the appointment. We called, they said we must have had the wrong day written down and they had us down for the next day. We said fine, tomorrow works for us. They no showed again the next day and then wouldn't return our calls. We had a different group come out to fix the dryer. Turns out the part AG had installed wasn't a factory part and was some cheapo thing so it went out quick. Got a real factory part this time from the other company AND a 1 year warranty. We'll be sticking with our new repair company from now on. |
