| Linda Scott | Well, here we are starting our second winter with CenterState Propane. After several problems with delivery that we chocked up to being new customers last year, we got set up auto- billing and auto-fill. They can't seem to do either in a timely manner. When we called four days ago to see if we might get a refill this month, they noticed that they hadn't billed us for last month. Then, they told us that we would be refilled on that day or the next. Four days later, we are still waiting. It has been 36 days since our last refill. Can it be all that difficult to set a 30 day schedule and stick to it? I could not reccomend them to anyone. |
