We have never done business with them before. He was out here within an hour and a half of us making the call. He actually came hours before we were promised he would be here. He was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable of our AC unit. It took him very little time to do what he needed to do and he explained everything along the way as he did it. Unable to get all of the water out of the line , I googled ac repair and this company was on the top with great reviews. I called and the lady who answered was very nice. My husband was out watching football, but he did tell me what was wrong. However, by the time I called ... I forgot. She was very helpful and understanding. Anyway , she scheduled the appointment, the repair man came, fixed it within 15 minutes. He was also very nice and professional. I also should mention he came today. Yes, on a Sunday, and Labor Day weekend. Thank you for your prompt response and great customer service! |
