We found the service manager named John to be arrogant and not trust worthly of given directions. In turn it cost us an additional 200 + Dollars for a battery replacement we didn't need because the battery replaced was still under warranty. No concession was offered for them not following directions. There was not even an apology. Would not do business here again. No integrety with most businesses theses days. |
