| Jennifer Williams | I wish there was a way to leave a 0 star. The top of my dishwasher stopped working. My Home Warranty Company assigned this to Sanders Appliance. A week later and I realized we never heard from him so I reached out to schedule the appointment with him. Upon his inspection his diagnosis was a need for a new motor. He installs the motor about another week later and guess what.... still dirty dishes in the top rack. Home Warranty recalled the job and requested he visit again.... Yep, he never called another week after recall so I called him again. After arrival he proceeds to tell us we are loading our dishwasher wrong as if I have not loaded a dishwasher daily for 30 years with success AND I should only be using cascade powder. Not gel packs. Pics included on how he reloaded the dishwasher ridiculous. Even with his fancy reloading skills the top rack remained dirty. Home Warranty requested he come again and he never did so they finally assigned Sears to the job. After all of this..... Sears confirmed the filter was clogged!!! Really, the Filter... was this not something you would look at initially. I would venture to say the motor worked just fine and did not need replacing. |
