Whitney Ramirez | The repair tech came within the estimated time frame, fixed the issue with our fridge in about 15 min, and showed us how to do it ourselves in the future. He also charged us less than normal because it was such an easy fix. I would definitely use them again for something else. |
Stacey McAdams | Don't call these guys. The technician that came to my mothers house didn't have a clue. He was saying that the washer wouldn't spin because she needed a drain pump. I tried making the machine drain after filling it and the drain pump drained the water fast. I then was skeptical and called a local company near Lake Goodwin. The tech took 30 seconds, opened the door and lifted on the stainless drum inside. It wobbled around and he had a look that said, "Yeah, you don't want to fix this." It turns out the rod that supports the drum was broken and the machine was about to die. If I wouldn't have been there to tell my mother to wait and think about it they were about to charge her 350 to fix the machine with a drain pump that wasn't needed. Thankfully I was able to get a good deal on a washer and have it in the next day thanks to the installation from gwcappliancerepair.com |
Aymen Holloway | Worst customer experience ever. Waited 4 hours for a tech to show up but they didn't. When I called the business they told me that the tech ran out of time and didn't bother to let me know. Also they said I was scheduled for a fridge repair when I clearly told the dispatcher that I have a washer issue. He even asked me for washer model and if my washer is top or front load. |
