alexis bumgarner	told repair man wash would not spin. Latch was broken by me to get the water out of the washer. He fixed the latch and said the washer was fine when he ran it. The washer was still off balance and the repair man came again and said we did not tell him washer was off balance. We have paid 187.70 to this company and our washer is still broken. Was told it would cost us another 200.00 just for a part to maybe fix it.
