sylvia wieder | Very friendly folks once I am ready to buy new machines I will definitely consider Martin's. When you buy there, they offer one-on-one not a large class to review the features of your new "baby". Knowing how best to care and get optimal use of your investment increases the satisfaction and joy of the whole sewing and creating experience. I recommend checking them out before purchasing a machine elsewhere. It's easy to find at the intersection of Routs 23 and 322. |
Pat Leiter | I took my Babylock to Martin's after 2 years of failed repairs from 3 vendors. He sat down with me and took the time to watch me. It was a a very slight user error - no one else caught it because no other store took time to watch and discuss my machine. He is knowledgeable and kind. Great combo! |
char wilson | Martin's is a Babylock and Juki dealership, but the real treasure is Gene, their repair man. He is obviously great at servicing what they sell, bit also a whiz with older manual machines, including antique treddle machines. Everyone there is very nice and knowledgeable. I think they offer a quilting service as well, but I have never asked about it, so I don't know much about it. All in all, I highly recommend Martin's for all of your sewing machine needs. |
