He determined that the fan motor needed replacement and that the correct motor was in stock. He returned the following day with the motor and installed it, working cleanly, without delay, and demonstrating superior knowledge and experience. He cleaned thoroughly all around the refrigerator and followed up for several days to ensure a sound repair. He was personable and good company while he was with us. It was a very satisfactory experience.
