This is our 2nd central vac system. We had 1 installed in our other home, by a different company, while it was being built and loved it. Then we moved and our builder would not allow us to have a central vac installed while they were building, so we had to wait until after we moved in to have Ken from Vacuum Concepts work around our existing walls. I must say that he did a fantastic, professional job and I would highly recommend this company. The whole process from start to finish was a great experience and as I said, even though we really loved our previous central vac in our first home, we actually love the one Ken installed in our current home even more!! We never want to go back to upright, push vacuums. Central vacs are just so much easier to work with especially up the stairs rather than an upright or canister vacuum cleaner. And the system is very powerful!! It will suck up anything that can fit through the hose. We have both carpet and hardwood and it does a great job with both! Emptying the container is extremely easy. Bottom line, Ken will do a great job if you have him install a central vac system in your home, it is also VERY affordable and you will NOT regret it!

Vacuum Concepts was called for a problem in our central vacuum system during the Christmas holidays. It ended up being a very difficult problem that the owner, Ken, successfully resolved. I LOVE my vacuum cleaner! I had an old, cheap, bagless upright I bought from Walmart years ago. It smelled and didn't clean very well. I have mostly hardwood on the main floor with a few area rugs and carpet in my basement. I told Ken that I wanted a canister vacuum so it would be easy to transport between levels and could also be used on carpet and hardwood. He found the perfect vacuum that met all my needs. The canister is easy to pick up and move on the stairs, the power cord is retractable so I'm not spending time rolling up a cord, and I can easily add or remove attachments to clean anything, from my furniture to every corner.
