| Jeannena Tinoco | We've been living here for a few months now and what we think is ridiculous is that you pay for your own apartments gas and power and then they split the buildings gas and power bill and have the residents pay for it, like what are we paying you rent for? Just so you can have a big paycheck. If I'm paying for the hall lights to be on I want them to be motion activated to save energy. Also the few months we've lived here they only cleaned the pool once and they promised the waterfall in the hot tub would be on all summer but it's only been on a couple times. It's a decent place to live but I don't think we'll be renewing our lease when the time comes. Dont be fooled by the pictures and the sweet talk we asked a lot of questions before moving in but didn't know they would have us pay for the entire building to have power they didn't tell us and we don't remember see it say that in our lease and they never clean the pool so it looks dirty and they lied about having the waterfall in the hot tub on all summer |

All the staff have been so welcoming, kind and helpful and it has really made us feel like we are at home we visited several different apartment complexes within 30 miles of this location, and not one other location could beat this, not only when it comes to location and staff, but price and quality too. Plus they have the most amazing coffee room for us coffee addicts, and a great conference room for late night work calls! And the gym even has free weights!!! 5 stars for sure!!! |
