Literally the only rent to own place I will ever go to. They have never done me wrong and I will continue to be a customer bc of that. I have successfully paid off a queen box spring and mattress, washer and dryer and a stove. Highly recommend.

Love Aaron's. I have always rented from Rent-a-Center in the past and the people are more friendly, easy to work with and I love the specials.

Two months later i have had to change my review. After calling and setting up a time to make my payment, i was called every day of the week at least twice a day. Then when i called back to see what they wanted. The employee on the phone from Aaron's was rude and then askes me why i did not change my last name to my husband's. My reply because I didn't. His reply " well your at hateful little thing". This is very unprofessional, disrespectful, demeaning and down right wrong for there employee to treat their customer with such disrespect. I will never ever buy anything from any of there companies so long as I live. I do not even know them I rented online and paid inperson to the manager only. I will be contacting the main corporate office and lodging a formal complaint against this store. Please take your business elsewhere. They treat customers wrongly. I would have given no stars but it don't let you.
