Appliance Repair by Faiview Appliance Repair in Fairview, Tennessee

Made an appointment on a Sunday which was great did not like the fact i had to hold the appointment with my debit card over the phone. On the day of the appointment after paying the 60 they called me and asked if i could wait until the next day. I was angry and told them no! The technician that came to my house worked for his self not the actual appliance store. I was unable to fix my washer as the part and the labor itself was very expensive. The day after the appointment i recognize another charge from them on my bank account. So i called to speak to someone about the charge and get a refund. They transferred me over to a women who did not speak very good English! i very politely asked to speak to someone else as i could not understand what she was trying to explain! she clearly told me no then proceeded into telling me my English was not very well either and that i couldn't speak to the owner of the store as he was unavailable and hung up in my face!!! The lady called me back and expressed that the charge would disappear within 24 hours at that point i no longer wanted to speak to her and she laughed in my face. After finally speaking to the manager he expressed that they use papal for their business and every 3 days until the appointment is finished or cancelled they hold the 60 and then the charges disappear! I will never use them again

They were fantastic overall. They were quick to respond and schedule appointments. Pricing was fair and very easy to work with. Our tenants always say great things about them. We are pleased to call them our appliance guy!

Awesome dealing with them! Fairview appliance repair made it to the apartment on time. He was professional, knowledgeable with range hood and garbage disposal. He did a fine job and charged us right.
