| Jennifer Skell | Not happy. Called sears 2 days ago to set up an appointment. They told me between 8am and 12pm. No call, no text nothing. To make matters worse the customer service agent had an accent so heavy I could barely understand her. She probably couldnt understand me much either. She gave me the run around and when I asked to speak to someone higher up then her she again tried to give me the run AGAIN. I am a single mom, disabled veteran and am so pist off at sears. I would never schedule anything for after 12pm due to having to pick up kids from school. I will NEVER use it call sears AGAIN for anything. |
| Elisa Smith | It's hard to say whether I hate it or love it yet, frustrated is a better word. We have been waiting for a part for our refrigerator for 10 days. Was supposed to be fixed tomorrow. Just found out the part is back ordered until the 18th. Spoke to the repair shop in Sealy and they have the part. I can't have it though as it has to be sent to me and apparently they can't send it from there. I even volunteered to go pick it up. Nope!! Is this really how the system works?If so, get a new system!!! |
