Vanessa Rushing | If I could give less than the one star I would. Morris is a CROOK. He was supposed to repair my dishwasher. Said he got the wrong part, and called my insurance company to get more money because the part he needed was more expensive. I paid him the 50 deductible and my insurance company paid him for the more expensive part he said he needed. Now he said he WOULD NOT fix my dishwasher until I pay him 55 for looking at my washing machine. He never even tried to fix my washing machine. I went out and bought a new one the next day, however, this does not have anything to do with him being paid to repair my dishwasher. I threatened to call 911 if he did not get out of my house. NEVER USE THEM. Morris is a crook. I even gave him 20 because he said he did not have gas to get home. Nothing was repaired. moretech is a sad case of the human race....,,.., |
P. Dyers | Total con job. The so-called technician walks in to see what's wrong with my dishwasher, pushes a few buttons and tells me it's the "computer" and asks for 50 after trying to scam us for 100. I knew it wasn't the "computer" but most likely the motor because the arms were not rotating anymore. Anyway, I call Sears and get them to check my dishwasher, and sure enough it's the motor. For God' sake, don't hire these idiots and spare yourself some money and just buy new. Modern appliances are not worth repairing. I learned that the hard way... |
