I drove 40 minutes and when I arrived, they ran a diagnostic then told me my battery didn't require replacing. I disagreed and said I'd pay the money anyway and to go ahead and replace it. They refused. No, really--they wouldn't take my money. They say that they can't replace the battery if the Apple diagnostic tool says not to. I went to a store at the mall and had my battery changed for 5 less than what Best Buy wanted and my phone works great! |
