Jeff from NisAir diagnosed my problems immediately through their state of the art technology and Phil put an action plan in place to fix my issues. Two crews arrived and performed a complete service of my unit and they also replaced my old duct work which we discovered had mold inside. The quality of work performed from Fernando, Marvin, Juan, Santiago and Rigo was first class. My smart thermostat Nest now shows my usage down from 24 hours a day running to 8 hours a day. It's July 30th today in South Florida and I can't thank NisAir enough for keeping me cool and breathing clean quality air. |
