I'd highly recommend Tal to anyone. He definitely knows his stuff. He had a diagnosis of what the issues could be on our GE oven before he came to inspect. He had the right parts with him which saved us time and money on the repair. He was very easy to talk to and was happy to give informative information to save us making repair calls in the future.

I highly recommend JP Service Company and will be calling again if we have any problems in the future! Our refrigerator stopped cooling and, over the phone on Friday, Tal was able to diagnose the problem, thoroughly walk me through a temporary solution, and then came to do the actual fix on Monday. Based on our initial conversation he was able to get the necessary parts ahead of time. He found that things had been improperly "fixed" in the past and was able to bring it all up to code for a more-than-reasonable price. Not only is our fridge up and running, I learned a lot from the whole experience and know who I can trust with any problems going forward.

Had a great experience with JP! Tal and Ishmael were both very helpful in explaining the details behind my oven repair. They even left and came back with the part I needed to make the fix that same day.
