Appliance Repair by Gray’s Appliance in Melrose, Massachusetts

I have been purchasing appliances for our home from Gray's for a long time now. Washer, Dryer, Refrigerator, Oven, Dishwasher, and even a barbecue. They have always treated us well and whenever something needed service they were always out to us quickly to repair the problem. We recently purchased a new washing machine from them and unfortunately this unit was defective and simply never worked right. We understood that sometimes this happens and was certainly not Gray's fault. We called the store, spoke to Dennis Gray and notified him of the problem and the next business day we had the washer replaced with a new unit. Great local company with great customer service, couldn't ask for more!

This place is great. The employees take the time to go over all of the options that are out there for you. We spent several hours there, and they helped us think of things that didn't cross our mind. They were also great on pricing, and working out a delivery day that works for us.
