| Mehul Vashi | This business is the least professional of all and I mean ALL. They first showed up and started to work on the appliance washer. Pulled out a part and said they would return shortly. Didn't come back the same day. We called four times the next day. Each time some lady Smart mouth answers and says "He is on other side of the town, he will get there just as soon as he can." The guy never returned to fix the washer that day, On the following day, we called at 9:00 am. Same lady answers and asks me " What happened yesterday?". So I said forget it, can you just ask him to come out and put the appliance back together like it was. I wasn't happy when the lady came out and handed us the part. I would not use their services, even if they agreed to pay me, that is right pay me! |

They tech knew immediately what was wrong, and he knew it wasn't worth fixing, and instead of looking at it for thirty minutes before telling me that and charging me the full service call price, he gave me his card and said he would send me a bill for a reduced rate since it was such a quick look. I would recommend them to anyone. |
