Appliance Repair by Big 10 Tire Pros & Accessories in Clinton, Mississippi

Last Friday was my first time going to Big 10 Tire in Clinton, MS and it will not be my last. The employer guy that checked me in told me it would be a hour wait maybe. As I was getting checked in, I asked would it take more than a hour because I really have somewhere to be. He told me maybe a good hour. When I tell you he meet my desire to get out before a hour without evening telling me that's what he was trying to do! After they were finish with my oil change, he told me that he didn't want to give me any false hope! I really appreciate him for that!!! Keep up the good work, Big 10!!!

Prior to arriving I phoned to make sure my tire with a nail could be repaired. The employee was knowledgeable and inviting. Upon arrival I was greeted warmly and promptly. My information was taken and I proceeded to the very modern and clean waiting room complete with large screen tv, coffee, and vending machine. After a short wait of approximately 15 minutes I was finished. Checkout was friendly and efficient and price was competitive. I then made my way to my car which was waiting right outside the door. I could not have asked for nor received better service. I am from out of town but was visiting relatives. If I ever have another tire problem, I hope to have it in Clinton MS near Big 10!!

This is the 2nd time I've been and just like the 1st time they were friendly and expedient! They were honest about my car problems and called like they said they would before starting any work! Also, my car was ready in a very timely matter! Definitely will use them again and thanks for taking care of my vehicle's needs.
