From service tech Eric who researched and confirmed that replacement parts were no longer made for my oven and measured to assist in finding a replacement, to Tanya who searched for a replacement, to Stacey who helped finding the right pieces [ended up selecting 3 pieces - oven, cook top and stove hood to make the kitchen more updated and matched] to the guys who installed the stove hood [unfortunately, I don't have their names], they all did a tremendous job! They were all patient [it took me a while to select the pieces and the installment was more involved than expected], respectful and professional! I would give this company 10 stars!
