Our experience started out well. Our salesperson Alex was personable and knowledgeable. We left feeling satisfied. We received our range, microwave, and dishwasher without issues. The delivery people were capable and careful. However, I am unhappy about the delivery of our refrigerator and the response to it. The delivery people were not as capable as the ones before. The door on the freezer was dented a new one has been ordered, the side was scratched I've been offered a 200 compensation for a new 2800 refrigerator, and the ice maker does not work a service call has been made for that. I feel our salesperson worked to resolve my issue in a way that would make me feel more satisfied, but he could only do as much as he was authorized to do. I am disappointed that even though the scratches won't show on the refrigerator, I know they are there and I did not purchase a scratched appliance. I purchased four brand new ones.

Very happy with our experiences coming here. The salespeople we spoke to, like Mark, were very knowledgeable and straightforward, giving us as much info as we want and more. Really nice to have a "inform the customer" approach. After coming back a few times, we saw a new slide in range on clearance that had been in their warehouse for a while. The owner offered us a great price before it had even been processed for pricing. The deal was great, the model was exactly what we needed, and the online reviews of the range were also great. We couldn't refuse the great price and we really pleased with our entire experience. Everyone was kind and accommodating - they definitely put the customer first here. I recommend coming here first if you're in the area and looking for appliances!
