| Matt Frye | Don't ever buy anything from these people. At first we thought they were nice to deal with and polite, but when they delivered our couch the people who delivered were very rude. Then our dryer went out and we asked them to come and fix it, the guy was very hateful towards my wife. My wife then calls the owner to tell him how rude his employee was in our own house and he defends him and he then started taking to my wife like she was a scum. Will never do business with these people again and I highly recommend that no one else does. |
| Gone South | I would give less then a star if I could. First off they simply threw parts at a wash of mine and knew nothing about diagnosing the washer. It took forever to get them to look at it to begin with and when they couldn't fix it, they got rid of it without asking me what I wanted to do with it and sent me a bill for the labor. Very poor service, poor communication, and poor knowledge of what it takes to diagnose a problem. To say the least, I won't be back. |
