We bought a dishwasher to replace the one we purchased from them around 20 years ago! It was still working but we decided it was time for a new one. My wife loves it! And so do I. Unbelievably quiet. The other thing is they spend time with you answering questions without pressure to buy. The instillation was done by a local plumber who knows what he's doing. He spent extra time to make certain that it was installed perfectly. Then we received a Thank You card! Try getting all of this from the big box stores that treat you like a number. Last thing; their cost for a major American brand was no more than the “off brands” that bigger stores try to sell you. I'm so thankful that stores like this are still around. |
