I helped my sister shop for a new toilet here because GTS has a good selection of quality products at reasonable prices. The showroom is full of toilets, sinks, and bathtubs. Of course, the toilets on display aren't hooked up, but you can see them and even sit on them which is as awkward as it sounds, but useful. The saleswoman Ruth was knowledgeable and guided us to our final choice of a Toto Drake II. After the purchase, an employee loaded the toilet in the back of our pickup truck for installation by our plumber. It was a good experience, and I recommend GTS without hesitation.

Great customer service! Lovely ladies up front to greet you. And answer some of your basic construction Plumbing needs. I say basic because my needs were basic. I'm sure either one of them ladies no more than I do. Took me right back to the warehouse, showed me the options of parts. Gave me a rave review of a much cheaper part, that happens to be a popular item. Needless to say I walked out of there with three parts, for less then another vendor tried to sell me for one part. So they have great competitive pricing on top of their great customer service. I really enjoyed my time there and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Brenda and Susan are awesome! They stayed late when we walked in at closing time to help us find the parts we needed. Huge thank you to these two wonderful ladies! They definately go above and beyond regular customer service! Andrew has also been super helpful in getting everything ready for me to pick up. He is always on top of it, and has been super patient if I'm not sure what I'm looking for. This team of people are really terrific!
