| Douglas Niswander | Started off pretty good, ended badly. The owner Billy came out, was on time, and was professional. Told me he would send me a quote that night or next morning. Quote came on time next morning. Quote however was not itemized and did not have the capacity of the system listed. Quote was a little out of my budget so I replied with a follow up question to have the scope of the work changed and asked for the capacity of the system. Billy responded and said he would do a new quote incorporating the changes yet neglected to tell me what the system rating is yet again. I waited a few days and sent 2 friendly follow up emails, yet no quote or response. 10 days later and I still dont know what rated system he was planning to install. You would think that was kinda important...who would blindly buy a whole hvac system not knowing the BTU rating? |
