| Herb Schwartz | I brought two Shindawa Chain saws in for service and chain replacement. On one the chain rotates but is loose and harder to start than when I brought it in. On the other chain saw it starts easier but the chain brake is stuck in the upright position, the open position, but the chain doesn't rotate. Harley serviced the chain saws. When I asked for the service ticket he said he kept them so he could keep a record of what he did for the service. Bottom line: Milt's Saw Shop, now owned by Jim Newman did me a disservice. And because they aren't open on Saturdays, I was forced to communicate by this post. |
