I drive the 30 mins to have him look at it only to be told fill out the paperwork and sign off on a 100 dollar diagnostic fee to see if he can put a key back onto my laptop keyboard... |
| Alex Fix | Stopped by here to see if they might have a 2.75" processor fan laying around I could buy to get me through the next day or two. Mine pooped on my last night. I ordered a replacement on Amazon, but it hasn't come in the mail yet. They didn't have any fans on hand. Instead they tried to give me a computer and told me it should get me by for the next day or two. Kind of shocked, I declined the offer. Worth a 5 star review though. Nice talking to you. |
