| Paul Schmidt | Been having my truck serviced at this location for 10 years and I am sad to find the newest management is more focused on profits than relationships with loyal customers. After speaking with Brittany twice about the 60 increase in the price of an oil change, she promised to "look into it and get back to me". I haven't heard from her in over 2 weeks now. Shouldn't be that hard. I actually just got a coupon in the mail for an oil change + at significantly less than they charged. I hate leaving bad reviews as I am usually loyal to a fault and don't mind paying for good service but can't stay quiet this time. They've lost a customer who has spent over 10K in service at this location over the years. Too bad. |
