| Nick Lackey | This man is shady... Paid for him to fix the wife's AC drain lines..which was working fine.. Got the car back and the AC doesn't even come on. Called back and told him the AC wasn't working and he was defensive. Took the car by, he looked at it literally and said it needs a fan motor.. walked into his office and threw his legs up on his desk. I went in and waited for 7 minutes while he chatted with his buddy.. After 7 minutes, he turned to me and said.. how can I help you today.. TERRIBLE SERVICE!! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!! once he gets your money.. be prepared as the real man shows up.. you'll be back because he will make sure that something is wrong so you'll have to return Job security I guess.. |
| meredith murdock | he took my money to fix a small water leak from clogged a/c filter and two days later my air won't even turn on. called and told him it wasn't blowing which it had never done in 7 years. super nice the first time. super rude when i went back to try to get him to fix whatever he did the first time. refused to even look at it and showed his tail. obviously wont be back and will be warning my friends and family members to beware. |
