This company is the best around! They are family owned and take pride in their work. Not to mention they are completely honest about what work you need and are not pushy at all. John arrived punctually, was friendly and respectful, and diagnosed our leaking oven quickly and accurately. He even did extra tests just to make sure that the diagnosis was accurate which made me feel really comfortable with the repair. He gave unprompted advice on how to best maintain other appliances in our home, because he genuinely cares about his customers. We will be working with Top Notch for any appliance needs in the future, as should you. Among all of the terrible contractor and customer service experiences I've had - this has been a complete breath of fresh air working with a competent and caring company. Terrible customer service and incompetent employees. Had their service repairman come out three times to fix our dishwasher and was unable to fix it causing the dishwasher to flood for over a month. Reached out for a fourth time and they closed the ticket saying they couldn't send him out again and asking us to go through Lowes. Horrible experience and a waste of time.

Top Notch Appliance helped us with our broken clothes washer. The technician arrived on time, fixed the washer, and was very knowledgable. This company was so helpful with every aspect of this project. We're so grateful to them and will certainly call them again if we need help with our appliances!
