The mechanic and service tech were very knowledge and highly-trained on refrigeration repairs. The repair was completed within the timeframe that was originally quoted. They arrived on time, tested and diagnosed my LG refrigerator, and bought all the necessary parts to complete the replacement of the linear compressor and evaporator. This was warranty work. They answered all of my questions, were very professional, courteous, protected the floors, and cleaned up after themselves. I was very impressed with the service and quality of the work.
