| John King | Please do not use this service, worst experience ever! The owner Shawn, came to my residence to clean the dryer vent and while doing so was in such a rush, knocked open my washer hose and never reattached it, he didn't even know he did it, he was so rushed, he left his sunglasses in the laundry room. I later did a load of laundry and it flooded my living room, kitchen, and laundry room. I had to have Stanley Steamer tear up all my carpets, tile, baseboards as there was so much water damage. I called the owner, and he told me "he didn't do it" but I have experts and a plethora of photos to prove otherwise. He wouldn't own up to his mistake and was very condescending and rude, plus they are all about the money and VERY expensive!!! You are better off with a knowledgeable handy man and you will save a ton of money and not have your home destroyed and have the owner deny responsibility, and have to buy all new carpet and baseboard, and tile. See you in court Shawn and by the way, good luck getting your sunglasses back! |
