| Penny B | Brought our vacuum in for repair. Left a deposit and expected a call back with estimate. Called and told repair done, no estimate given. 250. Today go to use the vacuum after a couple of previous times of use and the hose totally disconnects from the vacuum. The wires looked like they had been cut clean across, although I can't see where it would have happened inside the vacuum. I agree with the above review. The guy is only interested in selling you his over priced vacuums. I felt bad for the guy. He seems not in the best of health so I didn't give the review for no estimate but today, I just felt I had to warn people. Buyer beware. I like to support local businesses but not when they aren't doing business in a fair way. |

When I went to Chester vacuum, the owner, Phil, was very knowledgeable and steered me in the right direction. I was also pleased when he agreed to price match! I have had my new Miele for about 6 months and I could not be happier! |
