Appliance Repair by Ledford Services in Aledo, Texas

I'm giving this company a one star rating only because they do answer the phone when you call them. Just don't expect a return call! I have called and visited this company to inquire about someone working on my septic system. All I could get from the visit and the phone calls was, "I'm checking my schedule and will call you to set up a time" I have called since and get the same answer and that I will get a call back. I haven't received a single call back in about two weeks time. I understand they are busy but a phone call doesn't take much time. I will not contact this company again.

2 weeks ago I reached out to Ledford Services for septic design and installation, sent them my plans, and waited for a quote, a design, an email, anything. I got nothing. So I called, spoke to Kim, who was telling me she was sorry and soooooooo busy, but she would have something to me by the end of the day. It's now 2 days later, no call, no email, no nothing. Doing business is about doing what you say you'll do, at Ledford, apparently, not so much. Next!
