| RAYLENE WORTHINGTON | Absolute worst customer service that I have ever encountered.....short tempered, rude and unreliable. Unfortunately, I do not recommend this locally owned business. A Service call was set up 7 days in advance with a part being ordered. I stressed the correct phone to contact in the event the appointment needed to be changed. Day of appointment after waiting during my scheduled time of 12-4pm, I was told I was not in the system because the part was on backorder. She stressed that she left a message “the night before”....with the wrong !! Then tried to blame My tenant for not conveying the message to me when she was specifically told to contact me. Was told the part was now on B/O with no estimated ETA. Interestingly enough, I called the vendor directly and the part is not on B/O. HORRIBLE service from Foreman's!! |
