| Courtney Hamilton | Short back story. I am in the process of moving, meeeh. My moving company does not disconnect/connect washers and dryers. I do not have the desire nor the time to figure out how to do this myself so they can move the appliances and while I am sure I am capable of learning, I would rather have someone do it. Even one less thing on my to do list is a relief. I called Appliance Wizards informed the woman I spoke with of my situation I forgot to get her name. and in a business where people/companies ALWAYS inflate prices and gouge the consumer her honesty was super refreshing. She told me should could schedule someone but it would be a service fee she would have to charge me twice! Once for the disconnect and again for the reconnect even though they would be happening on the same day, and I am only moving approximately 10 miles from where I currently reside. I decided to mention this because we never have a problem writing bad reviews for companies, for every little thing. We don't usually stop and give a good review of an honest company. Even though I did not use the service, to help save money I appreciate the honorable practices and in the event I ever need an appliance serviced or I am asked for a referral. I will call appliance wizards first. Thank you. |
