| Al Edyvean | While everyone was helpful during the process the experience I had was really pretty poor. 1. The front loading washer was bought on line from Wisconsin so that I could receive it here in Indianapolis, When I went to pick it up at the store the bolts had NOT been removed and no instructions said anything about that. So when I got it home with not manual, set it up, put my dryer on top of it and ran it, I came home an hour later and found my dryer on the floor. 2. I called the store and they swapped out another one but it had a leak. 3. I called Sears Office and they couldn't find my first washer, my second washer so the repaid appointment had issues getting put under warranty . 4. I took it back and have the third washer now. We'll see how this one works. |
