THAT WAS THE WRONG THING TO DO IN THIS STORE. THAT JERK STANDING AT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DESK WOULDN'T EVEN LOOK AT ME. DIDN'T ASK ME IF INEEDED HELP, AND THEN HE TOLD ANOTHER CUSTOMER WHO DID ACKNOWLEDEGE ME AS NEEDEING HELP, " SHE CAN WAIT". REALLY? "SHE CAN WAIT". IS THAT HOW THE CUERO ALAMO OPERATES? I HAD TO FIND ANOTHER EMPLOYEE AND ASK FOR HELP, WHO BY THE WAY, WAS EXTREMELY NICE. CUERO ALAMO NEEDS TO REPLACE THE "JERK" AT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE COUNTER. |
