Chris Mashek | Sam and Stan did a great job replacing our water heater. Our water heater is up in the attic so it cost more to replace but you get what you pay for. They were thorough and double checked a lot of stuff to make sure the new water heater would fit. All the connections appear to be high quality. My only complaint with a ARS is not with Sam or Stan but with the installation schedulers. I repeatedly told them that I would like the water heater picked up from Home Depot but the message was never conveyed to Sam and Stan. Sam and Stan we're both very professional about it and did not complain and went ahead and picked it up from Home Depot without any problems. I would definitely recommend Sam and Stan again but make sure you coordinate everything through them when getting a quote. |

Julie Harlan | I like that you fixed our problem and that you did so expediently. You jumped on it as quickly as you could. I'm happy, I paid you. The cost is another thing but I'm a dumb bunny. When replacing the thermostat on y'all's previous visit, I would have preferred that you explained what the mistake was and had let me go ahead and repaired on my own but that's not what you're in business for. I could not have fixed our last problem though. I like the repairman. He was personable and got the job done and even expressed that he was sorry for the cost, was understanding. Thanks for the visit. I'm pleased. |
