Derek Nelson | Unfortunately - we had a dryer issue and we had Sears proactively do preventive maintenance on our washer at the same time which was working great. After the check, that evening we used it and a filter was reinstalled incorrectly during the check and flooded our laundry room. When I called to let them know what happened and asked for my money back on the 'preventive check' because of the mess and errors that flooded our laundry room that kept me on hold for over 40 min and said there was nothing they could do and there was no proof this happened even thought I had texts with the technician apologizing. It's been a long time since I have experienced bad service like this. They were rude. We ended up calling back because the dryer fix had issues as well and the new tech verified their poor customer service and that the process they told me to go through was not something he had ever heard of and they told me this to get me off the phone. NO one has followed up or called back. I was lied too. They have lost my business for good - all over 60 and treating me like I didn't matter to them. Very disappointed. Stay away. We will go elsewhere next time. Error after error and no concern for the customer. |
Amy Villalba | They ordered and installed the wrong part. The tech said he was ordering the correct part and it should arrive within a week. It's been 2 weeks so I called to check on it. The tech NEVER ORDERED THE PART. Sat on hold for over 20 minutes trying to get resolution and never got connected with someone who could order it. RIDICULOUS!!!!!!! |
