Updated my review The staff by phone is excessively rude. My warranty repair for my whirlpool dishwasher was scheduled from 0800-1200. The tech called at 1000 to say without my knowledge the appointment was moved to an 11-1 time slot. I called and the receptionist advised that morning or afternoon was not guaranteed. She basically told me I would be waiting all day as no time frame was guaranteed. I spoke w/ Anthony a supervisor who was beyond rude. The technician was late based on the time frame I was given when my repair was scheduled. My initial review was a 1. But I have given the company a them a 3 strictly because when the technician Adam arrived he was very kind, knowledgeable and courteous. He provided an excellent service and we were very happy with him. The office was a nightmare but the technician was really great and I would recommend Adam any day. The office staff is a nightmare
