I am very impressed with Doug. I intend to call him for all of my future needs! My oven/range was not operating after a "not an appliance guy" tried to convert my appliance back to natural gas. I called Doug on a Thursday hoping for service within in the next few days. He was able to fit me in that day! Doug was professional and very knowledgeable about the job that needed to be done. I had called a different shop in CT looking for the parts needed to change the oven and it was recommended I buy a new oven because this particular work is so tedious. However, Doug got to my house, troubleshooted the problem, and corrected all the mistakes of the prior guy. He did all of this for a very reasonable cost. Doug truly went above and beyond to get my oven working again and i am extremely grateful for his help in my time of need. Do no hesitate to call Doug if you need his services.

Doug was punctual and was able to diagnose our oven issue so that we could fix it. When all the other places were saying that they couldn't service our oven and that we would need a new one. I love my older stove with the double oven and don't want to get a new one. I am ever so grateful to Doug, would definitely recommend him to anyone and he will be my first call for any future issues.
