| Terri Frazer | I purchased a washer and dryer from Jeff's just a few months ago and the dryer started making a lot of noise when turned on but when I called Jeff's and was connected with the service department I was ask so many questions about the noise and I finally just told her I would deal with it and her response was "are you sure"!! Jeff's Appliance's are suppose to be famous for their in house repair service but I guess once they have your money they really don't care about their service anymore!! I will NEVER go back to Jeff's for anything and I will definitely recommend everyone else to do the same!!! |
