| Sharon Perschke | I recently had a new furnace/air conditioner installed at my 104-year old house by Cunningham Shanor. The old one was about 18 yrs. old. It was pieced together over the years and I found out it was actually too large for my home which caused problems. Brian removed the old unit, designed new duct work, and installed the new unit which is half the size of the old unit. Many of the old ducts were hanging down below the ceiling. Brian creatively tucked them up into the rafters and made the space amazingly neat and tidy. Also, Mike, who worked with Brian, was so polite and professional. They both made the experience very enjoyable and we love our new unit. Typical of the weather in September, we have been able to use both the air conditioner and the heat. Both work extremely well. I would highly recommend Cunningham Shanor Inc. for you furnace, air conditioner and plumbing needs. |
